These Terms of Use govern access to Crane County Busted Mugshots. By browsing or using a feature on the site, a visitor agrees to them. Anyone who does not agree with these terms should not use the service.

Crane County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and is not affiliated with Crane County, any government body, sheriff, jail, corrections department, or court. Neither this service nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report, investigative report, or consumer-reporting service under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

A Private Reference Service

The service is an independent source of links and general record-location information for Crane County, Texas. It does not maintain government booking records, court records, or custody data. It cannot verify current custody, release a person, post bond, submit a filing, or speak for an official agency.

Links can point toward resources associated with the Crane County Sheriff’s Office, local court systems, Texas corrections, and third-party research tools. A linked resource remains controlled by its own provider, and the responsible public office is the authority for its own records.

Permitted Use

Visitors must use the site lawfully and with respect for other people’s privacy and safety. Use of the service is conditioned on the following limits.

Visitors agree not to use information from this site or a linked tool for any FCRA-covered decision, including the following.

  • Hiring, firing, or other employment decisions.
  • Tenant or housing screening.
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premium decisions.
  • Licensing, permit, or government-program eligibility determinations.
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links to a sheriff’s office, court portal, corrections locator, government statute, legal-aid resource, or outside search tool are provided for convenience. They do not mean that Crane County Busted Mugshots endorses or controls the linked organization. We are not responsible for another site’s content, accuracy, availability, pricing, security, or data practices. Read the terms of a linked site before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The service is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the following.

  • That information is accurate, complete, or current.
  • That the service will always be uninterrupted or available.
  • That pages or systems will be free of every error, defect, or security issue.
  • That any partner search will return a complete result.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Texas Government Code Chapter 552 and Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 109 do not turn site text into an official statement or guarantee a particular record outcome.
